In the unlikely case of any damage, know that the personalized jewelry you buy is covered by a lifetime warranty.
This means we warrant all gold plated products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry, which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of gold plated jewelry from our store.
If, for any reason, we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another item of equal or lesser value.
A one-time shipping and handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all warranty replacements.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Shoning to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions below for returning the item for further inspection in order to receive a replacement.

Subject: Warranty for Order ID: [Enter Order ID]
Body: Hello, I need a warranty replacement for the following item due to [insert reason why a warranty replacement is being requested].
We will email you back with information on how to send the product back to us for inspection. Shoning will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
Shoning shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

The warranty does not cover issues that were not caused by faulty materials or production.
Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Shoning jewelry. Failure to follow these care instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Shoning jewelry.
This limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, Shoning specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.
If Shoning cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.
Shoning is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory.
