Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items. Please see our return policy for full details.

Shipping

Please be mindful that all custom orders require 12-15 business days to create before shipping to you. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom orders require 12-15 business days to be created and up to an additional 5-7 business days to be delivered to you after the item has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $49. All orders placed by 12pm EST for non-customized jewelry are prepared for shipment the same business day. All custom orders require 12-15 business days to create before shipping to you.

With the exception of custom orders, all orders are created and processed within 1-2 business days.

Custom orders require 12-15 business days for processing. This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.

Domestic Orders: After shipment, you can expect to receive the delivery within 5-7 business days.

International Orders: After shipment, you can expect to receive the delivery within 10-14 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

No, processing time and shipping time are not the same.

Processing time (for customized jewelry) is the amount of time it takes to carefully craft the item to your requested liking.

Shipping time (for customized jewelry) is the amount of time it takes to ship the item to you (the customer), after the item has been crafted during its allotted processing timeframe.

For example, if a customized item takes 12-15 business days to create (processing time) and shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days then you (the client) should expect the item to arrive within a 17-22 business day window.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the customization process begins.

You may have been too excited to place your oder that you didn't realize you entered your shipping address incorrectly (we understand, we've been there before).

We can usually help to correct this issue if you inform us within 24 hours after your order was placed.

After 24 hours, there isn't anything we can do to correct the address as we've already begun working on getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Post Delivery Issues

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • Wait 48 hours; in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
  • If you haven't received your package, contact us within 3 days of expected delivery. We'll do everything we can to help.

Yes, we can include accents and apostrophes in our designs. Simply, type the name, word, or phrase exactly as you want it to appear on the custom item.
Yes, we offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our personalized jewelry. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for a replacement or repair.

Yes, our gold plated jewelry is waterproof! However, in order to maintain its lustrous shine, we recommend keeping jewelry away from harsh chemicals often found in perfumes, chlorine, and dyes.
