At Shoning we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it symbolizes.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction or issue you a return.

 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new and unworn items can be returned to Shoning within 30 days of delivery.

 

  • Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.
  • Personalized items are eligible for store credit, if returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the hard work and labor required to custom make our personalized jewelry, we allow customers to return the item in exchange for a store credit (in the form of a digital gift card) that never expires.  
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Once we receive your returned items at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
  • Shoning is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen during transit. It is important to retain your proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping your returns.
  • We only accept returns/exchanges submitted through our returns portal. Please do not ship any return/exchange without proper submission.

 

Final Sale Items

Sale items labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns. The following are final sale:

  • Earrings
  • Gift Cards


Damaged Items

  • Visit our returns center page and let us know under the "comment" section the issue. For example: "My item is damaged" or "There is a mistake in my order" or "Something is missing". 
  • Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.
  • You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

 

Gift Cards
Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your personalized items.
  • Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away. Please let us know up to 24 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team.
  • Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, the item cannot be cancelled and will have to wait to be returned once delivered to you. 
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.

 

Shoning reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.

How to Return

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you chose pre-paid return shipping. Click here to start a return.
